I’m Aaron Kinder.

I’m a Chief Information Security Officer, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, author, and patent-pending innovator with two decades of experience at the intersection of security, leadership, and organizational strategy. I’ve led security programs for global enterprises, advised boards on risk, and spoken at conferences on everything from workforce strategy to the future of managed security. My work is grounded in a simple belief: security is a business function, not a technical one, and the best security leaders are first and foremost leaders.
